The school is owned and managed by the Shalom Trust, a charitable institution registered under the Indian Trust Act 1888. Shalom Residential Public School is promoted and managed by the Managing Trustee of the Trust, Jayson Joy. M. J along with the Executive Trustee, Job. M. Joy. The promoters are well-known people engaged in a number of businesses and have gained wide experience in project planning and execution.
The school, established in 1998 with an objective of imparting qualitative English medium education to the students, has successfully completed ten years. Since its inception, it has been making tremendous progress in the field of education. During this period it has earned recognition not only from its students but also from the society as a whole.
